Support RLV

RLV support should be added. Similar to this request for the mobile app https://feedback.secondlife.com/mobile-features/p/rlv, RLV is used for all kinds of interactions from inventory management (CTS Wardrobe is one popular example) to teleporting, following, etc.

My guess is that as soon as the SL Viewer itself gets support for RLV (it's apparently a WIP), this will also be reflected on the Zero viewer. It's just a question of time!
The mobile app is another story, since the technology is totally different.
