Unable to type & wierd keyboard

Every text box (searches, chat, etc.) does not receive keys. THis makes impossible to chat or even Just search in inventory.
Arrow keys move the camer instead of letting the avatar walk. To walk I need to press ALT+Arrow / ALT+HOME / ALT.PgUp, etc.

Same on iPad using any mobile browser. Typing text is a “no go”. The text Input prompt by clicking into Text input box is defunct.
