How to follow a particular issue?

Is there a way to follow a particular issue and be notified of it's progress? Maybe I missed it?

As far as I've been able to tell, you can't reliably do so.
If you vote on something, you get "notifications" in the notice menu on the site itself, but that is very basic. appears to caps at 20 and is filtered by unknown criteria.
There's appears to be no means to view a list of issues you have created xor voted on xor commented on. The "My Own" filter appears to some some combination of those factors but I can't immediately tell which exactly.
Email notification seem like they may be limited to being directly mentioned, a reply to your own comment, and/or random via unknown criteria. Updated on any post that falls under the "My Own" filter does not generate email notification. Whatever the criteria is for triggering an email notification is, its not consistent and not immediately obvious.
I haven't done much on canny in a couple weeks, only had 20 notifications on the bell, like 3 email notices, and there was new activity on possibly 100 different posts I had interacted with.

It looks like voting for a post also follows it. At least I have gotten notifications for some of the posts I voted up.

No, this doesn't exist and can't find or see it in the documentation of Canny. The only way to know there is activity in a thread is to someone press the "like" button in your reply this will trigger and send a basic notification which will be shown when logging back again into canny

Canny notifications are extremely basic.

So far, the comments made to particular issues "I" comment on are making it to my email.

Rockridge Constantine: I'm not sure if I get an email for everything, but I can see that the notifications whole logged in to Canny are working!
