Report Canny Post
Coffee Pancake
There appears to be no way to report a canny post for .. well, anything.
That might be something to think about adding .. in the mean time, how do we report posts here without publicly replying & pinging a random Linden?

This does need Linden review quite promptly now - there are numerous posts now with lots of unnecessary expletives.
I did not check feedback rules for it, but I am going to guess 'PG' is the order of the day.
It is enforced on the forum, so why not here?

You are all quite right :) What we need is, well, a StackOverflow clone... wait, I forgot, there are a gazillion out there. Linden Lab, pick your favourite technology/environment/framework and get your DevOps team to install it :)

Some people add a lot of signal noise to threads. Being able to express quantitative dismay (flagging, downvotes, etc) is important for maintaining others' decorum and willingness to engage qualitatively in good faith. It's just as important for admin users to be able to be informed by trends when choosing how to respond to issues.
Going by a free trial of their main tier and their (lacking) documentation, this doesn't and probably won't exist. The only moderation feature available is automatic spam flagging, and even that's in a paywalled beta. -1 Canny. Kind of bare bones from both sides. :(

I had a dream the other night that some raiders came in and swarmed the whole board with all kinds of content nobody wants here. I'm wondering the same thing.

Galaxy Littlepaws: True, cause that has happened quite a lot on Jira and the forum.
