In the default "back story", "{{character}}" is part of the backstory text. This results in the character saying "" a lot if the option "Use subject matter filter" is OFF. Apparently the LLM for "off" does not support "{{character}}". So, if you make a "back story" for a character with "Use subject matter filter" OFF, you have to leave out "{{character}}".
