In parcels with TP routing activated, you cannot have your AI character logging in at an arbitrary SLURL in these parcels.

On the other hand, you may be able to set your AI-controlled avatar's Home location anywhere in the parcel (as long as they belong to the land group and got the corresponding power), and you can always get it to relog in the last (log off) location...
