invulnerability_time direction option

invulnerability_time is great! However it has one drawback for our use case, we want to have protection to get killed in that time but still do damage.
The use cases are basically:
- Mines placed before death should still be able to function
- Other Deployables like autocannons should still be able to function
- Grenades/weapons fired or deployed right before death teleport should still work
I'd like to propose an option for this, so we can choose how this invulnerability is applied.
invulnerability_bidirectional with a true or false would work, since I don't really see a use case in the other direction.

Some context: For most community-run combat regions, combatants are divided into attacker and defender groups and are assigned spawn locations apart from each other where it may take half a minute or so before re-entering line of sight with an opponent. This is in contrast to "neutral" combat regions where combatants may or may not form teams and share the same respawn position(s). In the latter case, bidirectional invulnerability for a recently-killed combatant may be necessary, but in two-team combat like the former case, bidirectional invulnerability may prevent deployed equipment like mines from causing damage as intended.
