Texture X,Y shift and repeats differ between Desktop and Mobile

On my Bellisseria Houseboat I see a mesh deck and steps on Desktop carefully adjusted to have the main solid beams at the edges.
Scale 3, 2 and Offset 0.5, 0.5.
But on mobile the shift is differed and wrong, maybe no offset and more repeats? Anyway, its not doing what is intended at the moment.
