After one of the recent updates to the marketplace layout, the footer is no longer sized to fit the content container (or the other way around).
Reproduction steps:
  1. Visit a creator's marketplace store page, i.e. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/en-US/stores/49647
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Observe the footer width not aligning with the content container width.
