Canny email does not update with SL email

On here, under Settings, there are boxes for your display name and email, which are both grayed out. An info box under them says that changes made on the SL website will be synced with Canny.
This does not seem to be working. I updated my email address for SL, and the change has not been reflected over to Canny. I am unsure if there is an intermediate step I'm missing somewhere, or if these two services are just not communicating properly.

If you log out and back in again, then does Canny pick up the SL email change?

kali@lindenlab.com That does seem to have fixed it - my SL icon and email are synced properly after relogging. If there is no way to push a sync from the SL website over to Canny, adding a note about logging in and out to fix any stuck syncs might help! Cheers

yes thats true, i guess we should be able to add canny account itself and use it if cant login via second life account because in some cases it no work and also its not only change email seems like sl account name also not sync... its bad.. login bug is not fixed too like for my alt...
