Marketplace listings: title/folder name sync error and classification hangs

Repeatedly, errors occur when listing products on the Second Life Marketplace:
• Tracks are overwritten by folder names or are not saved correctly
• Classification (e.g. Adult/General) sticks or is not adopted.
• Listings appear in the shop with a delay or not at all.
This leads to misrepresentation in the marketplace and prevents correct publication.
Reproduction steps:
- Upload a new product to the marketplace (e.g. UFO_3d or mural).
- Enter the title and classification correctly.
- Save listing.
- Result: Title is replaced by folder names, classification remains unchanged or hangs.

This looks like user error. The screenshot shows the English tab, but their Marketplace is set to German, so they won't see the English description as intended. They have to update each language tab.
