Marketplace Subscriptions Not Renewing / Canceling

I noticed recently that all of my subscriptions have not renewed, which was not a result of an insufficient L balance that I can determine. I checked my transaction history and confirmed I have not been charged since the date listed as the last charged date. I filed a ticket and was told this was a bug and to submit a ticket here. It was suggested by the representative that if I wanted an "immediate fix" to cancel my subscriptions and renew them. However, that didn't work. It's been nearly a day and my subscriptions have still not fallen off, and still say "active" even though they are not. Even the most recent subscription from last week has not renewed properly. This having a direct impact on my sales.
I am attaching 2 files. One that I submitted with my original ticket earlier this week, and one that I took today while writing this ticket up.

I would like to update for your records that the XOXO Dress did end up renewing and charging me on 28 October, the others are still listed as "active (will not renew)" though.
