My Favorites on MP does not work, I get an error (attached)

Cache cleared, didn't help. I have tried Chrome, Firfox and Edge browsers. I don't know what else to do. Maybe it's the amount I had saved in there (which was quite a bit since I've been on SL for over 10 years). If you have to reset my favorites so it works again, that's fine by me. It's all old stuff anyway. I tried sending a ticket to Support but they guided me here. Please help.

is this where I post for help? Support ticket just guided me here. Please let me know. The "My Favorites" in Marketplace has not worked for ages. I'd like to have this fixed please. Thanks.
