  1. Try to enter a No Payment Information on File [NPIOF] barred parcel and be refused entry.
  2. Check About Land to find no account age restriction on parcel and account is not banned from parcel, but NPIOF accounts are barred.
  3. Register payment information online.
  4. Still barred from the parcel and check in-world profile to find it still says NPIOF.
  5. Buy Lindens.
  6. Can now enter parcel and the Profile now says Payment Information on File.
It appears that the server is currently ignoring the presence of payment information on the account until the payment Information is used.
