Problems on the support page, I don't have access to the live chat or phone support page

Hello, I have a problem. I'm a Premium Plus subscriber, but I don't see all the available support options. Since paying for my subscription, I haven't been able to access live chat, AI chat, or phone numbers.
I don't see all the support options that should appear for me as a Premium Plus member.
Pb: I asked support for help but they couldn't do anything and they told me to put this here.

Same issue here. I submitted a ticket 48 hours ago and have not received any response yet. Additionally, one of my accounts has been placed on hold without any email explanation. As a Premium Plus subscriber, I would expect faster support. Thank you for looking into this.
