Resident profile image does not load on Second Life web profile page

The profile image on the Second Life resident page does not load.
Steps to reproduce:
Open the following resident profile page:
Wait for the page to finish loading.
Check the resident’s profile image.
Actual result:
The profile page loads, but the resident’s profile image is not displayed.
Expected result:
The resident’s current profile image should load and be displayed correctly on the page.
Please investigate whether there is an issue with the resident profile image service or with the way profile images are retrieved and displayed on world.secondlife.com.

We've deployed a fix which should resolve most issues users are seeing with picture-service and downstream web properties related. We'll have this issue sit for a minute while we keep and eye on things. If you're still seeing issues with images (and for now lets say outside of
my.secondlife.com
) please let us know so we can look into it further.I appreciate everyones patience with us while we upgrade our services :)

Juniper Linden Lettie Linden Thank you for the fix at my.secondlife.com! Really appreciate the work that's gone into it, and it's great to have it up and running.
While this is still open. The resident who created the Canny report "my.secondlife.com cached Images bug" (which was merged into this one) still appears to have an older profile image on my.secondlife.com, (despite what sounds like updating it in SL Viewer and contacting Support. I know of one other resident experiencing what appears to be the same issue. (Not sure if I’m allowed to add their name here or not).
I was wondering if this might be related to what was just fixed, or if it's likely to be something different.
Also, if similar cases come up in the future (where residents have already updated their profile image in the Second Life Viewer and contacted Support etc) is there a preferred way for them to report these older images getting stuck? Or would it be best to have them comment on this Canny post or open new one?

AriaWynn Resident: I appreciate you confirming your issue is resolved, I was going to follow up and see if our fix stuck this time. Seems like it did!
To your point, I do think the issue with
my.secondlife.com
older images being stuck is unrelated, and a bug we've had no real time to track down. for now we'll unmerge these posts since the upswing of issues has been resolved, but the long standing image bug in feeds is still (most likely) unaddress.AriaWynn Resident

I know of one other resident who has been trying for over 4 months now to update theirs so I will have them add to the other post to streamline it. (If I can get them over to Canny 🙈) Thank you again!!

I've also had this issue of my profile picture not updating on the web profile, sometimes hours, sometime weeks before it updates.
For some I've heard its taken months before it updates.
