Scheduled MP redelivery is stuck on "In progress" since May 11.

With reference to this issue: https://feedback.secondlife.com/web-bugs/p/mp-items-not-getting-delivered - since Juniper said "Feel free to re-open or re-create your ticket if its still stuck", I am creating a new issue, as this may now be specific to me, dunno.
To summarize, on May 11, I scheduled a redelivery for a product:
The status initially showed as "Queued" (or similar, I don't remember the exact wording). Two days later, that changed to "In progress", which is what it still shows today.
I opened a support ticket, 2517477. I was told that they are unable to help with it, which is fair enough.
The issue here is not only that that update is incomplete, but also that I am unable to issue any more scheduled redeliveries until the pending queue is "unstuck".
I suppose I could create a new listing for the item, but if I do, the order history would of course not carry over, so existing customers wouldn't get updates.
I am hoping this issue can be resolved soon.
