Second Life forums: Account Activity Missing on Profile Page
needs info
Doreen Elytis
On the Second Life Forums profile pages, the Activity tab is only showing activity starting on November 18th, 2025. All activity before that date is missing. New posts and actions still appear correctly, but the full historical activity prior to November 18th no longer shows on the profile profile page.
It seems like older activity has been removed or is not loading properly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to my profile on the Second Life Forums.
2. Click the Activity tab.
3. Observe that only activity dated November 18th, 2025 or later is visible.
Expected Result:
The full history of activity should be displayed in the Activity tab.
Actual Result:
Only activity starting on November 18th, 2025 is visible; older activity is missing.

Doreen Elytis we've spoken to our third party vendor and they mentioned this hiccup should be resolved, are you still seeing this issue?

Juniper Linden My activity appears to have been restored back to the start (2011). Thank you!

More than just a "hiccup" (*), but things are back to normal now, at least for me.
(*) It was obviously a full wiping out of the activity history and search database index, and it took almost three days for the forum to get its full database index rebuilt...

Hi Juniper Linden, thank you for responding! And sorry it took me almost a week; I completely missed the notification on my end.
I just checked my history and it runs all the way back to when I started posting, so as far as I can see, things are solved. :-)
Thank you for looking into this!

Please, we need memory; fix this problem.

Please fix this...😟

Just to add: the issue seems to go beyond profile activity not showing. Searching for older posts also returns empty results even though the posts are still there. It looks like something in the indexing system is broken and once that’s fixed, it should resolve multiple issues related to this all at once.
