1) Teleport to an offline or non-existant region. e.g. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/bugisland3/50/50

Observed: The error message leads with an indication that you hit a teleport rate limit.

"Teleport attempts are limited to 6 per minute. If you are having trouble, wait one minute and try teleporting again. If the problem persists, log out and log in again"

Expected: A better indication that the region is down, and you cannot get there right now.
