Vviviana Resident Given that it's happening on both Firestorm and the SL viewer my first guess is that it might be a connection issue; but let's see if we can diagnose the problem
- Can I get a link the location you had this happen on? (With this info I can go test it myself, and see if I can reproduce it. If so we mightbe able to fix it really quick for you)
- Is it just affecting you? Or do other people see this in the region too? (It's possible something is wrong with the region!)
- Are you seeing this on a wifi or wired connection? (We do a lot of network traffic, and wifi networks can have issues)
- Can I get the first line of the about page (Top bar -> Help -> About Second Life -> Info), it should read something like Second Life Release 26.1.0.22641522367 (64bit)? (I want that to make sure I'm testing something as close to what you're testing to find the issue more quickly)

This only happens when i am on sl land an not on my land or my husbands land.
I don't understand why this is happening. It started last week i was using firestorm then i switched to sl viewer an it stopped it but today it started with the sl viewer.
