BUG-234763: llLoopSoundSlave producing no sound since viewer update

This is regarding the issue with llLoopSoundSlave() that was reported several months ago. BUG-234763 was the JIRA, but I can no longer access that, and just wanted to report it here so I could keep up on the status, as I have a lot of products that rely heavily on this function, and my customers are upset that their products stopped working.
