Conflicts after name change

Hello! I need help with something. I changed my name a few years ago, but I still see things like this in some places (support bots, re-delivery, etc.)
[09:00] Emotional Support Bot (voidinc): Hello ****** I am a support bot. Please send your question to me and I will forward it to our online managers.
It's recognizing me by my "old" name, before the change. Is there any way to fix this? I already opened a ticket but my problem hasn't been solved yet.

Hi Saori.
If that script is old, from the time before your name change, it probably retained your old name in memory. Can you reset that script or get a fresh copy and see if that fixes the issue?
