Huge FPS Drops

Simply open the Joystick Configuration floater. I drop from mid to high 30s FPS to about 2.

No joystick on my system, but when I open the Joystick Configuration I have the same experience: fps drop from about 50 to 8 after 10 seconds. When I close the button fps go up again to former level. RTX,4090, 16GB Ram
