MFA window not acting appropriately for null inputs

MFA enabled. Enter account name and password. hit enter (MFA window displayed). Hit login with NO key input to the MFA window. Blank black screen is displayed with no "Login failed" pop up.

I think I see what you mean. Like this?
* Ensure MFA is enabled for the account.
* Type in the account name and password.
* Press enter or click the Log in button.
* When the MFA dialog appears, click the Continue button on the MFA dialog without typing in the MFA code.
Observed: The login page appears again with no error.
Expected: There should be an error message that login failed.
Right?
You said a blank black screen is displayed. Was this on the Second Life viewer? I did not see that when testing with the Second Life viewer, but instead saw the login screen.
