Music Not Working on New Viewer

Music not working when new viewer downloaded. Have had to roll back to previous viewer to hear music streams. The Parcel Streaming Audio is greyed out and everything is enabled. Just no sound :(

Are you able to provide the stream URL that wasn't working or the SLURL to the region using it?
We've been unable to reproduce the issue at the SLURL provided in your Viewer Info.
