Received complaints from people who are living on a Homestead island with me.

Since PBR update objects are randomly vanishing or not rendering for no reason.

Customer one is using a six month old new MAC computer.

Customer two is using a Windows PC.

Customer logs in, certain items do not render. The next time the customer logs in the items are there but then other items do not render.

Customer one can see an Object on their island but it does not show for customer two.

Customer one sees grey objects where the textures are not rendering while customer two can see the Object with textures.

This has been going on for weeks now since the PBR update. Customers have been trying to use several viewers but to no avail.

I did receive images today from the customer so I will include them with this report.

As you can see only a section of the tree is rendering while the other piece remains missing.

This is a clear rendering issue which is frustrating customers which is understandable. There might be similar reports about this very issue.

In summary: missing items failing to render. Textures not loading up on objects . Random behavior which continues to repeat on various computer systems.
