This issue has just happened to me. I'm using Firestorm 7.1.13 (78266) Jun 14 2025 21:43:13 (64bit / AVX2).

I had to log in three times today to get them but have just accepted it.

Thank you. I never had this happen (with missing offlines) until I recently updated to the newest viewer. Now it happens frequently. I noticed last week the group settings had reset too.

these issues are bad indeed, also blocklist being empty again, groupchats that have been disabled being enebled again everyt ime you relog and so on

It happens to me a lot of times in the Second Life Release 7.1.15.15596336374 and in the past version too, some times I need to relog like 3 times to get my offline messages, notices, also my linden balance.

This has happened to me twice so far while using the latest Firestorm release (7.1.13).

First time: I received an email notification for an updated product sent via inventory offer while I was offline. When I logged in with Firestorm, nothing appeared in my inventory. I relogged, but the item still didn’t show up.

Second time: I got an email saying I received both an offline IM and two inventory items. After logging in with Firestorm, again, neither the message nor the items appeared. However, when I relogged using a different viewer (Alchemy), I received both the offline message and the inventory items immediately upon login.

So it seems that Firestorm is not consistently fetching offline offers on login in this version, while other viewers still do. Definitely a frustrating issue.

Unfortunately, I also had this problem on the latest release of Firestorm. It happens every time, with each login I have to control the loading of the ban list and re-login 3-4 times until I get it.
