PBR client opacity issue on normal and specular maps (Linux)

Put a texture, normal and specular map on a face. Set transparency to 30. Put a point light in the scene, compare the appearance with nonPBR and PBR viewer. When the face is transparent, PBR viewer reduced the effect from normal and specular map excessively when compare with non-PBR viewer.
Suspect this is platform independent, but have not test on windows and mac.

I am not ruling out that fixing the issue reported in Crexon's comment may automatically address the issue I am reporting.

Hello, I checked Crexon comment, I did not see it mentioned about specular or normal map with alpha channel texture. Furthermore, Crexon's link refer to viewer on Window platform, I am reporting this problem on a linux client.
