PBR texture stretches when "stretch textures" is unchecked

Expected behavior is that whenever you resize the mesh, and uncheck the "stretch textures", the texture will be tiled. In this case I'm using the same mesh so the behavior should be the same regarding the direction to which the texture becomes tileable.
Same mesh: on the left just BP textures, and on the right only PBR materials applied:

Sorry for asking, but does "complete" mean that this task — dealing with the stretching of PBR textures — has been successfully finished and implemented on the latest iteration of the Second Life Viewer that is currently available for download...
... or simply that there is no need for further feedback, in the sense that LL knows what to do and how to do it?
I'm just curious about what exactly the nomenclature of these tags
