Reflection probes seem to break in distance/many in scene

In my scene that uses quite a few probes the more distant ones seem to keep refreshing for no reason. I know there's a 256 probe limit, and on the whole region there might be that many (though doubtful), but not anywhere near this scene.

We were able to reproduce what you're seeing in the provided video.
This issue is going to be imported for further investigation.
