This bug was first reported in Jira as BUG-234993 and the transition to the new system took place before I could supply the additional information. Here is a synopsis:
- BUG Project / BUG-234993 [Needs More Info]

Hi Wendy,
Next time it happens, please attach a screenshot showing the Avatar/My Outfits floater with the worn outfit expanded and the Inventory/Outfits folder side by side. Also, a second screenshot with Avatar/Wearing, which
should
match Inventory/Outfits.Hi Dan,
Your correct, it happens as you describe. The Avatar/Wearing
does
match Inventory/Outfits. The Item "Muff - Blacks (trimmed stomach)" is only missing from the Avatar/My Outfits.Log In

I have another clue that leads me to believe that the Avatar/My Outfits floater is simply not staying consistently in synch with the Inventory/My Outfits folder. As far as I can tell the Inventory/My Outfits folder is always in synch with what is being worn.
Let me describe an issue that I finally recognize as a flaw and what causes me to believe the issue is the Avatar /My Outfits floater falling out of synch.
Today, as I have finally recognized this as a re-occurring flaw: I removed a worn item by detaching it in the Avatar/My Outfits floater. (whether detached via R-click and selecting from the menu OR by using the minus sign at the right end of the line doesn't seem to matter). The flaw is when the item is removed successfully, the line in the float remains green (instead of the white I expected) and the symbol at the right end of the line remains a minus sign (not the plus I expected.
What makes this particularly interesting and I hope that this provides a clue is this:
When I R-click that line, the resulting menu includes Wear and Add. In other words the menu is correct for the
state
of the item; even though the line item indicates (via color & symbol) the item is worn, the menu "knows" that it is not worn. Testing other lines that are
displayed correctly, both worn and unworn items continue to provide the correct menu upon R-click.Andrey Kleshchev
Hello. Is this correct?
- Item(s) in question are missing from both My Outfits in Inventory and My Outfits in Avatar windows
- Wearing an outfit wears everything including missing items that are not visible
- It only happens for an outfit that has at least some worn items at startup
- Current outfit folder contains a link to outfit folder
P.S. Sorry that it takes a while to fix, but issues like this can be hard to fix without being able to reproduce and test.

Andrey,
- Incorrect. Missing only from the My Outfits Tab in the Avatar window.
- Correct. "... including missing items that are not visible [in the My Outfits tab in the Avatar window.
- Unknown, as my mesh body, mesh head, etc. is in every outfit. So all outfits have at least one worn item at startup.
- Correct.

Wendy Nitely: Thank you. This helps to narrow it down a bit, will check what happens with inventory->outfit logic.

Can you reproduce this again?
If it reproduces, is the same "Muff - Blacks (trimmed stomach)" attachment missing from the Avatar/ My outfits? Trying to determine if the issue is related to the object item.
Does that outfit have more than 38 attachments?
In the previous bug you mentioned that after relogging, that Avatar/My Outfits listed everything correctly. Does it again correctly list everything after relogging?

Can you reproduce this again?
I can't force the occurrance.
If it reproduces, is the same "Muff - Blacks (trimmed stomach)" attachment missing from the Avatar/ My outfits? Trying to determine if the issue is related to the object item.
There's never been a pattern of the occurance being related to a particular attachment.
Does that outfit have more than 38 attachments?
No.
In the previous bug you mentioned that after relogging, that Avatar/My Outfits listed everything correctly. Does it again correctly list everything after relogging?
Yes.
