Bug is tracked here: https://github.com/secondlife/viewer/issues/5677 if anyone wants to follow it!

Good catch! It looks like all you have to do to repro this:
- Open a profile -> Picks
- Click in the location field (cursor should be towards the end of the field)
- Resize the Window
There might be other ways to repro this, but that made it consistent for anyone who wants to repro the behavior!
