Timestamps in compact chat history should use fixed width numbers
tracked

When rendering the timestamps in the compact chat history, the width of the timestamp varies and produces an unsettled, disturbing list of chat messages (see screenshot). This is caused by the new default font Inter, which renders numbers at variable width by default.
It should be possible to select rendering of special tabular numbers from within the Inter font by optionally activating the font feature setting "tnum" where useful. That way, all numbers will use a special glyphs with fixed width.
