Our region is participating in the webRTC Beta program. We are having frequent issues where our participants lose voice and have to TP out or relog to get it back. It is region wide. It seems to usually be immediate or after about 10 - 15 minutes.
Yesterday Madori was never able to get her mic to work, but could hear us fine.

Hi Elli Pinion, thanks for the report. I have a few questions about the failures seen:
- Are the users who get disconnected from voice able to communicate initially in the region, but then find themselves suddenly able to communicate later on?
- Do the voice-disconnected users still see voice dots or transmission indicators (green lines) around other avatars?
- When voice connectivity is lost, does it fall in both directions (sending and receiving voice chat), or is it only in one direction, such as in this report?: https://feedback.secondlife.com/server-bugs/p/voice-bug-on-golden-fleece
- The 2025.07 viewer contains some fixes related to webRTC voice chat. Do you see the issues in that viewer as well? : https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/7.2.2.17774206511.html

Maestro Linden - 1. Yes, Most come in fine and suddenly can't talk/hear. A few are able to hear but not talk initially.
- Yes. However, many of us can not see our own green dot.
- It usually falls in both directions, but in some instances it is only with voice they can still hear. I checked that and will let others know the fix.
- I am on 7.2.1.17108480561. I will move to your suggested one, as it did happen to me when leading a large meeting on Wed.
On friday we had another large meeting and voice worked for the whole meeting for all but a couple of folks. (We stream with captions, so they were able to join that and hear.
Thank you so much and hope this helps.

Elli Pinion: Thanks for the info. From what you describe, it does sound like you're hitting a known issue that affects 7.2.1.17108480561 and some older viewers (including popular ones like Firestorm 7.1.13). At this point, I think we'll get the most useful testing results from the 2025.07 viewer.

Maestro Linden Thanks. I have put up the information at our meeting areas, including the two viewers, so our folks can switch easily. Thanks so much.

Also, most are seeing their transmission indicators, but I am still not as is one other person I am on the new viewer.
