people having issues with voice
Even though it indicates they are talking no one can hear anyone
When they are at Villains Underground.
Not even if they try to voice call between avatars.
Not sure what that means. But here is the SLURL: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/infinite%20Stardust/183/147/1301

OK, so the issue, is Entering PM VOICE, between 2 or more avatars. When we attempt to enter into a PM, our mics are grayed out.

L0ki Absinthe: Are you all on the same region when try to start a private call?
L0ki Absinthe
Mercury Linden They said they were on my Region when they tried to make the call. They tried to do PM call on another region, and come to mine, but that caused more issues with them having to completely restart.

L0ki Absinthe: I'm currently unable to reproduce the issue. I can transmit and receive voice locally, in direct calls and group calls when connected to that region. I would be curious to see your viewer logs from a session where you had this issue. You can find the logs at "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\logs" or "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Firestorm_x64\logs", Where "Username" is your windows username. The actual log file should be named "SecondLife.log", and its modified date should be whenever your last session was.

Thank you for reporting this. There is a known issue that involves some bluetooth headsets. Specifically, if you try press the "speak" button, talk, then press it again to stop speaking, you may end up so that you cannot hear others, even though you see their voice bars. It's a timing problem with some headsets.
It would be useful to find out if this is the issue. Here are some things to try:
* If people can use a wired headset instead of a bluetooth one, that would tell us if it is this problem or not, as wired headset (or wired speakers) don't show this problem.
* If people are on a laptop with a microphone, they can keep their wired headset on, but switch to use the laptop microphone.
While these are not optimal solutions for everyone, it will at least tell us that the issue is related to the bluetooth headsets.
We will have a fix going out in the bluetooth issue in the 26.1 release candidate probably tomorrow, so check the Release Candidates site: https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer.html
26.1.0.21522948608 does not have the fix yet, it'll be one after that.
