Add Optional Item Categories to Item Properties I.E Demos

Add an option for items to be categorized by creator and by user-defined categories. This would streamline future item sorting and inventory management.
For demos, it would also be helpful to have a “delete after X amount of time” option, or an easier way to filter and clear all demo items at once.

You can put "DEMO" in the name of the object and a script with autodelete as many creators do. However deleting after X minutes is stupid and unless your product is really good, you lose customers because we want more than 5 minutes to demo an item.
