This is already allowed. I don't have Premium & I got a name change. It could just be more fairly priced, in my opinion.

SL Feedback I'm not understanding this reply because you don't need a premium account to change your name, it's just more expensive. This reply leads me to think that no one is really reading any of the feature requests.
