Enable slowmode for specific channels in the Discord

Currently there is a issue of people posting events back to back, excessively posting in the #event channel. It'd be nice if these channels had slowmode enabled on them to enforce the rule of one advertisement per 24 hour period.
Unfortunately, discord only does allow up to 6 hours slowmode, but it is better than nothing.

Slow mode for the events channel has been turned on (6 hours). Destinations has not yet been adjusted as it doesn't seem to have the same issues currently, but we may add it at a later time if necessary.

Just having active mods in a discord is enough. If flooding be happening, slow mode can be enabled in any channel where it's a problem until the flooders quit it.
