Make official user group meetings at more Euro friendly times

The official user group meetings are usually at 13:00 or 14:00 SLT/PT, which surely is convenient for Residents in the Americas, but highly inconvenient for dayjob-working Europeans, where 14:00 SLT/PT equals 23:00 CET.
Moving the meetings forward just one hour (two hours would be better), would allow more European Residents to participate, while still being within US office hours.

Honestly, we need these meetings to be more variable in time in general. For those of us who work regular day jobs, there's no way for us to attend any of these meetings. It's severely limiting the amount of feedback and potential attendance for these meetings. If the time and date were to rotate with included weekend slots, it would allow a more diverse group of residents to take part.
