A LONG time ago, there was a Windows program called SLMIV, that let you download the entire Inventory structure (I think as an Excel file, but not sure). You could NOT edit and upload changes, but just having that "big picture" view was hugely helpful. You could see the disaster areas, take notes, figure out strategies, then grab some coffee, login and Do It.

I've not seen SLMIV for years, but would that be an easy and useful halfway help?
