This service currently incurs a US$30 fee at the time of upgrading or downgrading, which made sense when the difference between 30K and 20K full-region tiers was also US$30.

However, under the new tier structure, the difference between those two tiers is now only US$10. In that context, keeping the upgrade/downgrade fee at US$30 feels disproportionate, especially for residents who may be downgrading because they can no longer afford to maintain a 30K region.

Please consider adjusting this fee to better reflect the new tier difference.
