Presently all members (including moderators) are frozen for group users except those whose status allows them to see a live update of all members in the group. This means users looking for help may see a list of moderators who may have left hours earlier, giving the resident a false impression of who is available for help - or possibly feeling as though they are being ignored by moderators if they don't understand that the list they see may have no reseblance to reality. I would suggest making moderators for groups refresh live for everyone, so that it's clear who is available for support.
