This would work like reflection probes, preventing the object from being interacted with unless "Select Reflection Probes" was active. It should require very little effort to implement, as it can tie into the reflection probe behavior, and would benefit users and content creators alike, by preventing unwanted touches of particle emitters, light sources, and invisible prims that only serve to provide collision boxes for mesh. Weather systems, for example, flood the region with invisible particle generators that get in the way without this feature.
