Science Copperfield
Out in the world, we have Outllok or Google Calendars to remind and track important events. This is a request to consider creating a second life calendaring app available within the viewer.
Scenario: Group Notice received about an event occurring at some point in the future from the date of the notice. There is no (or I cannot find) a method internally to remind myself when the event will occur. Out in the real world, we receive calendar reminders.
Others may provide answers such as "If it's that important to you, just put the event in your favorite calendaring app yourself". This constant redirection of users outside of the viewer can be cumbersone and frustratng when the only answer seems to be "do it yourself, somewhere else".
This would also be beneficial for collaboration efforts between users and friends. We may send messages to each other and agree on a place and time to work together on a project. Often times it ends with "Oh...I completely forgot. So Sorry" An internal viewer calendar reminder, calendar invites, etc would reduce these kinds of issues.
