I was thinking about this the other day too - had the thought that, in addition to being able to sticky messages (and notices!), it would be very useful to be able to have the most recent (or stickied) group notice show when opening a new group chat window

Notices are already sent as group chat, so these systems could work off of each other pretty well

I agree! Especially in the situations we encounter in our Caspertech group
