Access Road to Northern Spur Road in Jeogeot

This proposal is to construct a new road to connect the Linden Protected Land in the
SW corner of Seaweed Hair region with the Northern Spur Road in Dotoorak region (236, 35,25). The benefits to such a road are to give the many residents of the nearby Linden Home regions a convenient way to access mainland roads of the Jeogeot continent and to improve the sales attractiveness of a large area of abandoned land alongside the proposed route. This would be a particularly attractive road if a small pier and rez zone were also to be constructed on the Linden parcel in SW corner of Seaweed Hair.
A proposed route for this new road is shown on the attached map “NJeogeot(crop).” There is currently a string of interconnected parcels of abandoned land on regions Mooloruem, Yeolmae, Saeneul, and Dotoorak, allowing the creation of this new road that would connect the protected sea region Seaweed Hair with a t-junction on Northern Spur Road at Dotoorak (236,35, 25). The proposed right-of-way is shown in white on the map with abandoned land tinted cyan and Linden protected land in green. There is a gentle upward slope to the land between the proposed junction on Dotoorak and the summit on Saeneul. The coastal approach to Mooloruem is steeper, but still easily drivable/rideable given the inclination of the terrain. The road would would be scenic and also improve the sales attractiveness of large areas of abandoned land along the the roadside.
The owners of the parcels at each end of this proposed road have both agreed to abandon their parcels to LL if this road is to be built.

I also support this proposal. It would be beneficial to both areas.

I agree with this proposal as well. As a resident of nearby-ish Seogyeoshire, I would love to see this come to fruition.
Kimberly Lemongrass
I too agree with this proposal.

That's great that the owners of those parcels will give up their land to help improve the roads! Kudos to those residents!

We can track this proposal, but the pathway in Mooloruem between two other resident owned parcels is currently too narrow for a proper road connection at only 8m wide.

Hi Abnor, Perhaps the adjoining property owners in Mooloruem would trade you some of their property to expand the pathway to needed size in return for appropriate expansion of the south sides of their properties. The presence of this new road could be useful to them and also would increase the value of their properties were they ever to sell them.

The Drivers of SL Group agrees this continent DESPERATELY needs this.

The more roads, the better.

I agree with this proposal. This is the latest in a number of new routes proposed through generally abandoned land in order to promote increased occupancy of mainland. Each time a new road has been added previously (in Heterocera, Jeogeot, and Satori), much of the new roadside land has been purchased, reducing abandoned land in mainland and increasing tier revenue for LL.
