Bay City regions - outer edges

Bay City feels quite isolated on the world map. The new tunnel and road access are a good step toward making it easier to reach. Since there’s already work happening to improve Mainland edges and add waterways, it would be great to see some of that on the WEST and SOUTH sides of Bay City too.
It would be nice to have waterways around the city, with a few rez zones where people can launch boats or stop and explore. That would make the edges feel more finished and make Bay City easier to get around.

Yes to the OP, and simply finishing the un-terraformed edge parts would be good.

We are considering and building more mainland waterways, and may plan more development in this particular area at some point.

Personally, I would like to see more of the promise of Bay City realized. I would like to see the city grow, with more resident-owned land to the south and east. Maybe that includes edges, too, that fit in with the above, but something even grander.

Marianne McCann I would love to see more resident land too. Maybe offer it with something like the Zindra lottery? That might make it more affordable, since current prices are generally too high to attract many new people.

Marianne McCann Maybe edges that surround the "old Bay City as city center" and still the possibility for that grander (grow) part around it.
