You have a rogue freerange camper, that has gotten skewered by a tree, maybe they are a s'more for Halloween?
(I'm assuming that since this appears to be at the region corner, this is the result of a rez fail on one of the parcels.)

Yes, it looks like there was some hocus pokus going on. The scripting for all these homes is obviously not child's play and it looks like this one never made it to its final destination. Sometimes these gremlins can be a little insidious but it has been exorcized. ;)
