Clarify where abuse reports for covenant violations go in the Linden Home covenant

In the past, support has previously said that they cannot handle abuse reports through the support portal. In addition, it is instinct for residents to file an abuse report for abusive content that is on Linden land.
A recent clarification has been made on the forums (at https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/534114-horrible-building-in-newbrooke/page/2/#findComment-3079156 ) stating that abuse reports for Linden Home covenant violations
need
to go through the support portal in order to be routed to LDPW covenant enforcement team.This is really confusing, even to a veteran SL resident. No where in the covenant does it say that abuse reports for covenant violations need to be filed to the support portal. The only thing that is said is if you need help with your linden home. (Emphasis on "your", which implies only your linden home).
Rephrasing it to something along these lines would really help clear up that discrepancy: "If you need help with your Linden Home, or to report Covenant violations:"

We do prefer that an abuse report is filed, with any details about the issue that you can include. The report form should include a screenshot if possible, as the visual information included will aid our Trust & Safety team with their investigations.

Agreed, it is such a grey area that LH abuse reports are often lost, ignored, or considered in the wrong category, etc.
Please do chip in on this other topic which suggests adding an option to the AR dropdown list for it. It got tracked and linked, plus residents can suggest sub-categories by replying at the bottom of it :
