Right now, there is no official method for residents who are considering a Premium Plus upgrade for the free Ridgewood Enclave Commercial stores to check availability. The kiosks do not show availability to non‑Premium Plus members, and Linden Lab provides no instructions explaining how availability works or how a resident can verify availability prior to upgrading.
Because of this, people are being asked to make a paid upgrade without any visibility into whether the perk they’re upgrading for is actually obtainable.
There is also no transparency around:
-whether more Commercial Bellisseria stores will be added in the future
-whether Linden Lab tracks resident interest or demand
-whether there is a waitlist or queue
-current vacancies
-how long a resident might realistically expect to wait for a store
At the moment, Premium Plus members are asked to sign up for a potential store without any information about how the system works, how to check current availability, or whether additional stores will ever be created.
This leaves residents unable to make informed decisions about upgrading or maintaining Premium Plus for this perk.
A clear set of instructions, an official availability visibility tool at the time of potential upgrade to P+, and official communication about future availability and potential wait time would help solve this problem.
At least let people know that supplies are limited.
Thanks.
